The USB-C connector is intended for supported USB-C iPhones that can access external storage in Files. Lightning iPhones, including iPhone 13, do not connect directly. Phone, operating-system and drive-format requirements apply. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure.
On a supported USB-C iPhone, use Photos and Files: select photos, tap Share, choose Export Unmodified Original, then select the USB drive under Locations and Save. On supported Android USB-C phones with OTG, use Files by Google or the device file manager to copy files to USB storage. See the step-by-step guide above. Menus vary by phone and software version.
No. You select and copy files manually. This is not a full-phone system backup. Open copied files from the drive or a computer before deleting originals, and keep another copy of important files.
Choose from the 256GB and 1TB options shown above. Consider the total size of the files you want to copy and leave room for new files. Usable formatted capacity is lower than the advertised capacity. Transfer time depends on the device, file sizes and drive; no specific speed is guaranteed.
Orders are prepared in 2–5 business days. Estimated total delivery is 7–19 business days, depending on the item and destination. The checkout estimate is the final estimate for your order.
Orders may be fulfilled by a supplier location in the United States or internationally. Tracking is sent when the order ships.
