Free shipping on all orders over $299. For orders under $299:
LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight is how large furniture items like sofas, dressers, and dining tables are delivered. A freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. Standard LTL delivers to your curbside or garage. For room-of-choice placement, you can upgrade to White Glove delivery ($149), which includes professional assembly and packaging removal.
We ship to the contiguous 48 US states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses for furniture items.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account, or contact us at support@ohmidmod.com with your order number.
All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees or surprise charges.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged, we cover all return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ohmidmod.com with photos of the damage. Do not dispose of the item or packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
We use premium materials selected for each piece — solid hardwoods (walnut, oak), engineered wood, rattan, genuine leather, and quality upholstery fabrics. Every product page lists the exact materials used, so you always know what you're buying. No surprises.
Most items require partial assembly — typically attaching legs, hardware, or connecting modular sections. Assembly instructions and all necessary hardware are included with every order. Large items delivered via White Glove service include professional assembly.
We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and device. Natural wood products have inherent grain and color variations — each piece is unique. This is a hallmark of genuine natural materials.
All products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If any item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption.
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL technology. We never store your full credit card information on our servers. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant provider.
