We want you to love your new furniture. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition — no scratches, stains, or signs of use
- In original packaging with all hardware, assembly instructions, and accessories included
- Not a final sale or clearance item (these are clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page)
How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@ohmidmod.com or call (276) 290-1798 with your order number.
- Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Details
- Refunds include the full product price.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- Email photos to support@ohmidmod.com with your order number
- Do NOT dispose of the item or packaging until we confirm the resolution
- We will arrange a free return pickup or replacement at no cost to you
For damaged items, we cover all return shipping costs and provide either a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
