OhMidMod is operated by Luminadeus LLC. This policy explains your return window, return conditions, how to start a return, where to send items back, and how refunds are issued. Please read it carefully before requesting a return.

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the date your order is delivered. Your return request must reach us within this 14-day window. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged item we confirm, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend insured, trackable shipping. We cannot refund items we do not receive.
Large furniture may ship by freight; return freight can be costly. Consider this before requesting a return.
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective or damaged item.
All prices on ohmidmod.com are shown in USD. Sales tax is collected where required by law.
Inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@ohmidmod.com within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. When confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund including standard original shipping, and we will cover reasonable return shipping for the defective item.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting support@ohmidmod.com within 24 hours of purchase. After dispatch, standard return rules apply.
If tracking shows a delivery issue or your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the order date at support@ohmidmod.com. We will open a carrier inquiry. If the carrier confirms loss or non-delivery, we will refund your order to the original payment method within 14 days.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item to your original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws.
