When you reach out about an existing order, please include your order number so we can find your details right away and respond faster.
If you would like to return an item, please email us first at support@ohmidmod.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA). We will confirm your return and send you the correct return address before you ship anything back. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. For non-defective returns, the buyer pays return shipping, and there is no restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will cover the cost of resolving it. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this helps us process your refund without delay.
