Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States, with no minimum order value. Most orders dispatch within 2 to 5 business days, and total delivery takes about 7 to 19 business days depending on the item and your location. Larger furniture ships by curbside freight. When you reach out about an existing order, please include your order number so we can find your details right away and respond faster.
If you would like to return an item, please email us first at support@ohmidmod.com. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. We will confirm your return and send you return instructions before you ship anything back.
For non-defective returns, the buyer pays return shipping, and there is no restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will cover the cost of resolving it.
