This Shipping Policy explains how OhMidMod processes, ships, and delivers orders. OhMidMod is an online-only store operated by Luminadeus LLC. We ship from US-based supplier warehouses. Please read this policy before placing your order.
OhMidMod ships to the contiguous 48 United States only (the lower 48 states).
We are currently unable to ship to:
Your shipping address must be a valid street address within the contiguous 48 states. All prices and shipping charges are displayed in USD.
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). During peak periods or promotions, preparation may take slightly longer.
After you place an order, you will receive:
Preparation includes order verification, picking, packing, and carrier handoff. This time is separate from transit time (see below).
Delivery method depends on the size and weight of your items. Total delivery time = preparation time + carrier transit time.
Transit times vary by destination, carrier capacity, and product availability. Some orders may ship in multiple packages if items come from different warehouses. All transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Curbside freight delivery means the carrier delivers to the curb or driveway at your address. It does not include carrying items inside, room placement, or assembly.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on item size, weight, and your delivery address. The exact charge is shown in USD before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping on orders over $299. Below that threshold, standard shipping rates apply as displayed at checkout.
Applicable shipping fees are always visible on the product and checkout pages before you confirm payment.
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. For freight deliveries, the carrier also contacts you directly to arrange delivery.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after the expected dispatch window (typically within 7 business days of ordering), contact us at support@ohmidmod.com with your order number.
Shipments may be delayed by the carrier due to weather, high volume, or other events outside our control. If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated transit window, contact us and we will help trace your order with the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or if tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us at support@ohmidmod.com as soon as possible.
You have 30 days from the order date to report a non-receipt or lost shipment. After we verify the issue with the carrier, we will refund your order to the original payment method within 14 days if loss or non-delivery is confirmed. Without a report from you within this 30-day window, the order is considered delivered per carrier records.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that item to your original payment method.
