At OhMidMod, we ship all orders from US-based warehouses to get your mid-century modern furniture to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). You will receive:
- An order confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase
- A shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way

Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders over $299. This applies to both Standard Ground and LTL Freight deliveries within the contiguous 48 US states.
White Glove Delivery
For an additional $149, upgrade to White Glove delivery on any large furniture item. This premium service includes:

Room-of-choice placement — delivered to the room you choose, not just the curb

Professional assembly — fully assembled and ready to use

Packaging removal — all boxes and packing materials taken away
LTL Freight Deliveries
Many of our larger furniture pieces ship via LTL freight carrier. Here's what to expect:

Scheduling: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.

Curbside delivery: Standard LTL delivers to your curbside or garage. The driver is not required to bring items inside.

Inspect on arrival: Please inspect all packages for visible damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt.

White Glove upgrade: For room-of-choice delivery and assembly, select the White Glove option at checkout.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by:
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses for furniture items.
- Some oversized items may have additional delivery surcharges for remote areas — these will be communicated before shipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the damage to support@ohmidmod.com
- Do NOT dispose of the item or packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you
