OhMidMod is operated by LUMINADEUS LLC, a company registered in the United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly represent actual colors, as natural wood has inherent variations in grain and tone.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, methods, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier schedules, weather, and other factors outside our control.

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Key points:

• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Damaged items receive free return shipping and full replacement or refund
